Potential Providers

To sign up for the Doctors Care Program, follow this easy two step process.

        Fill out and submit our Participation Form.

        Fill out and submit our Provider Information Form for each provider involved including mid-level providers.

You can make a difference in the lives of patients without insurance options.

Our providers proactively care for the uninsured at significantly-reduced fees and utilize Doctors Care to manage their own patient load of uninsured patients. Primary care physicians, specialists and their mid-levels may join the network.

All participants must have privileges at a Doctors Care partner hospital: Swedish Medical Center, Porter Adventist Hospital, Littleton Adventist Hospital, Sky Ridge Medical Center or Parker Adventist Hospital.

In addition, volunteer providers practice at the Doctors Care Clinic for newborn to 30 year olds. COPIC Companies provide complimentary malpractice insurance to volunteer physicians and mid-levels.

Why should I participate?

• Doctors Care gives uninsured patients a medical home, which reduces their usage of the emergency room.

Doctors Care staff help patients assess insurance options and renew their hope by treating their medical conditions.
• 
  
Doctors Care is not free care. The uninsured learn how to use health care responsibly by paying affordable copays.
• Financial screening is Doctors Care responsibility and is revisited every six months.
• Doctors refer their own uninsured patients to the program to connect them to other specialty and primary care providers who will see uninsured patients.
• Doctors determine how many patients they will see.
• Collaborations are already arranged with hospitals, labs, radiology and pharmacies that accept our patients.
• Mental health services are available for Doctors Care patients.
