Patients Over 30 Years Old

Patients over 30 who are uninsured, low-income residents of Arapahoe (excluding Aurora), Douglas or Elbert counties may qualify for healthcare at an affordable cost through the Doctors Care program.

The Doctors Care sliding-fee scale program is for patients who:
1. Live in Arapahoe (excluding Aurora), Douglas, or Elbert counties
2. Are below a predetermined income level based on your family size
3. Lack health insurance, Medicaid, or Child Health Plan Plus

Doctors Care patients are assigned to a primary care physician who will see them at his or her office. The primary care provider will make referrals to Doctors Care specialists as needed.

We rely on our patients to help us maintain positive relationships with doctors by showing up to scheduled appointments and complying with medical advice. This helps ensure that physicians will continue to see other uninsured patients that need medical attention.

To see if you qualify for the sliding-fee scale program, follow the steps listed on our Getting Started page.
